Prayer

Church

  • The leader of the whole Catholic Church throughout the world is the Pope - Pope Francis.
  • Caritas organise Project Compassion for poor people around the world.

Liturgical Year
  • Advent is when we prepare for Christmas. We use a purple cloth.

Beliefs

Sacraments

  • Penance - The sacrament where we are reconciled is Penance - also known as Reconciliation.
  • During the homily, the priest explains the scripture readings.
